Hello Readers. The trailer is finally over and the real
movie will be coming your way!!! Are you all set for the coming challenges?? What! WAIT a minute. If you think you have
conquered the world by killing it in JEE-Mains then, you are all set to dig a
pit for yourself. And If you think you
are not good enough just because you could not handle the pressure on ‘THE DAY’
then –‘HANG ON’. Calm down and relax. You still have more than a month, more
than 31 days, more than 317 hours to change your destiny!!!
What is done is done and what needs
to be done should be done in the best way
possible. You just need to brush up on your weaknesses and there you are!!! Be
your own creator. But, before you begin working rigorously, give yourself a
minute. Think for a moment. With no intention to demoralize or to demotivate, I
might sound offensive in my views but they might eventually help you in the
long run.
You need to realize whether you are the actual ‘JEE MATERIAL’. If yes, then go ahead.
But if the answer is no, try to make the most of the remaining time and
opportunities. No magic is bound to
happen in just one and a half month!!! Analyse your present situation and then
choose about your dream college. I witnessed many of my friends putting their
efforts in wrong direction last year and finally ending up with nothing. Let me
make myself a bit clearer.
When we talk about deemed Universities and colleges-the list
goes:
1. IIT’s [Top 4-5]
2. BITS PILANI 3. NIT’s 4. Renowned Private Universities 5. Govt. Colleges
The attempt for NIT’s
is already over. Incase, you have not been doing good since last two years,
there is no harm in trying your best to get into BITS PILANI or some other deemed University rather than trying your bit
to get into IIT when you could hardly qualify JEE-Mains 2016. With more than a
month remaining, the best strategy would
be to try your hand at PREVIOUS
YEAR QUESTIONS asked in exams
conducted by different Universities . Get out of the illusion and hype of
IIT’s. Many of my friends in BITS didn’t choose to take admission into IIT’s
even after securing AIR under 1500 in JEE-ADVANCED 2015.
Hang on!! I never meant that brand value of IIT’s is
declining. Infact , it never would. Incase, you have been doing good
academically, keep up the same spirit and keep working even harder. Just one
and a half more month and you will see yourself in your dream IIT . Try to
invest more time on topics you found more difficult initially and practice more
and more questions. Don’t dare to ignore INORGANIC CHEMISTRY!!! I ignored it and it
paid me off. Focusing more on doing problems and less on reading theory will
prove to be a better strategy.
Give yourself some time to think and take your decision
wisely. Make a proper strategy, plan your schedule and proceed accordingly. Whatever
decision you take, make sure you don’t have to regret for it in
future. Be your own decision maker and may you succeed!!! Always
feel free to message me up when in need.

ReplyDeleteHello lohit plse read this
ReplyDeleteIs the IIT JEE and other Indian competitive exams like IAS, CAT, GATE, IBPS, just for God-gifted geniuses?
With such a HIGH population figure of 127 crore and too few vacancies, don't you think competition is too high for an average person?
I am a male,general candidate.
My IQ is low..I take more time to grasp and solve also my learning power is slow I forget things within 5-6days ..A person who has a low IQ and slow maths has every chance of failing in life,
when god has alraedy designed us to be unequal then why such a fuss?.
It feels like I am the crowd and those toppers need foolish people like me only to boast around the world that "out of 10 lac people" xyz secured this much rank.
I give my mains exam..fail(Droper also)...also in any other exam I failed ....I worked really hard bt every time don't get results I expected ...in the end ...I ended with only tears in my eye....I thought person who have great IQ...nd work hard always successfully in life..
This makes me always demotivated nd makes me cry...I know u r genius nd u achieve what u want in life because u have God gifted brain...bt wht abt average student like me who studied hard bt not get result as expected.
now I have only bits .last hope nd 1 month left...I got 86%(cbse) in cbse(work really hard)....Anyways that was my frustration(genuine frustration though)
is there any way of getting out of this.
depression, demotivation, looniness. and feeling of self abuse and self hate?plse suggest ...thank u
Hello Rishav.
DeleteIt seems u hv suffered a lot as far as academics are concerned but there is no need of feeling depressed or demotivated.
I would like to make few things clearer. There is nothing like God-gifted children. It's we, who create our own destiny through our whole-hearted efforts. I won't deny the fact that U might have worked pretty harder to make some reputation in this challenging world but then, who knows, something even betr is awaiting u.
I might sound harsh, but putting efforts in wrong direction is not productive. There won't be any work done if u try to put 10N force from all directions!! By this, I mean try to make urself clear with all the theoretical concepts and work on simplest questions first. Later, move onto tougher questions. Do solve as many q as u can in the remaining time u hv nd don't thnk much abt the rslt.
Hopefully, thngs will go your way. And even if they don't, feel satisfied for u tried yr best!!
I know hard work is like vector quantity.. If not in proper direction.. Then out put may be zero...OK..
ReplyDeleteBt at this time I am in quit good position.. I learn all the formula of all chapters and also under stand the concepts bt few chapters are left..bt the main problem is..I am very slow .I mean my speed to solve any problem for ex' if u slove the problem(say x,y,z any)/in 30-40sec,for this same I take 2-3 min..
I know in bits or in any other exam speed is require..
How do i stop being a slow thinker?
Is there any way to get out of this problem?
Please tell in DETAILS.

DeleteHey Rishav, i want to add something here.. i m also a dropper. I think, being a slow problem solver, u shouldn't take it as ur weakness rather a strength. If i talk about myself.. i attempt too much in my test series of bits and get 25-30 questions negative... then what's the benifit of my speed here? When i talked to my sir about this ..he adviced me to slow down a bit and focus more on accuracy.... if u r attempting less and having 95-100 % of them correct..u can have a gud position and definitely compete with other gud students..hardwork never get wasted ..if u r not getting gud results here u r sure to get them in future..don't think much and cheer up!!
DeleteWell said!! Accuracy matters a lot. To add to it, I was one of those rare Computer Science BITSians last year who didn't attempt 12 extra questions that BITSAT offers( Though I don't recommend such a thing). That says a lot about importance of accuracy!!!
